If you feel that you need to take a break from the lottery, you can request to be excluded from purchasing tickets and subscriptions.
Self-exclusion lasts for a minimum of six months.
Requests are reviewed by our team, typically within 1–2 working days. All information is treated in the strictest confidence. Your exclusion will take effect once the review is complete.
